I started GrowthWorx after spending nearly two decades leading renewals and account management inside enterprise software companies.

 

Across startups and large organizations, I saw the same pattern repeat: strong products, capable teams — but renewals and expansion running on effort instead of structure.

 

When post-sale revenue depends on individual heroics, it doesn’t scale. GrowthWorx was built to help companies put the right ownership, operating discipline, and forecasting rigor in place so retention and expansion become predictable.

Background & Experience

I spent most of my career owning a renewal number.

 

Over time, I became the person companies brought in when post-sale revenue needed structure. Sometimes that meant building the function from one or two account managers. Other times it meant inheriting a team of 20+ and tightening how the business actually ran.

 

Across companies ranging from roughly $5M to over $100M in revenue, my focus was consistent: improve GRR, increase NRR, strengthen logo retention, and make the forecast real.

 

The pattern was almost always the same. Strong people. A good product. Growth happening — but renewals and expansion running on effort instead of process. Forecasts that required interpretation. Expansion that depended on individual instinct instead of a defined motion.

 

It meant clarifying account ownership so there was no ambiguity about who carried the number, defining renewal timelines and risk indicators that surfaced risk early, and building health scoring models that reflected real customer health. It meant creating repeatable expansion playbooks tied to outcomes, not instinct, and running a disciplined weekly inspection cadence so the forecast became transparent. And it meant coaching teams in real time so execution improved because the system improved.

 

When those pieces came together, retention stabilized. Expansion became intentional. Forecasts stopped surprising leadership. The business gained leverage.
